Hair Salon for Royal Palm Beach Clients in Tequesta

Royal Palm Beach is about 40 minutes from our chair, depending on traffic on Beeline Highway. Most of our RPB regulars hop on Northlake Boulevard heading east, slide onto I-95 north for a quick stretch, and exit at Indiantown Road into Tequesta. The drive runs smooth before 9am and after 2pm. We see clients from Madison Green, Crestwood, and the Wellington line every week, and they all say the same thing: the routing is easier than it looks on a map.

Why Royal Palm Beach Clients Make the Drive

Most of the salons closer to RPB sit inside strip plazas with a rotating bench of stylists. We do the opposite. Our team has been together for years. Alicia Vermeulen, our co-owner and master stylist, has 18-plus years behind the chair and is a certified Alfaparf Milano educator. Bianney Mano runs our color room. When you book here, you book a stylist who knows your hair history, not whoever happens to be open.

The other reason RPB clients keep coming back is the price clarity. We use VISH technology in the color room, which weighs every gram of color used and prices it precisely. No vague "starting at" numbers when you check out. You can read more about that on our VISH pricing post.

And the space itself is calm. We are not a 12-chair production line. The salon is set up for actual conversations, not yelling over three blowdryers in your ear.

What We Offer

Cuts and dry styling, blow-dry services, all-over color, partial highlights, full highlights, balayage, color corrections, keratin and Brazilian smoothing, and four extension methods: hand-tied, IBE, K-tips, and Klix. We also do V-Light, which is a newer extension method that bonds with UV light. Full menu and pricing live on the services page.

Cuts, Color, and Everything In Between

Most Royal Palm Beach clients book a service combo on their first visit. A cut and a gloss. A balayage refresh and a smoothing treatment. A color correction and a trim. Because the drive is closer to 40 minutes each way, we build appointments to make the trip worth it. If you tell us at booking what you're hoping to fix or change, we'll block the right amount of time so you don't have to come back next weekend.

For first-time color clients, we always do a consultation first. That means looking at your current tone in our north-facing window light, talking through maintenance, and pulling Alfaparf Milano formulas based on what your hair will actually hold. RPB clients who drive in for color usually want fewer salon visits per year, so we lean toward placement that grows out clean.

If you've been thinking about extensions, our extensions page has the full breakdown of methods. The short version: hand-tied for fine, density-thin hair, K-tips for layered styles, IBE for clients who want zero tape and zero beads, and Klix when you need length fast.

Pricing & Stylist Levels

Our pricing is tiered by stylist experience. New Talent starts at $75. Stylist starts at $95. Senior Stylist starts at $135. Master Stylist starts at $185. Artistic Director starts at $250. Color and extension services price separately based on time and product. Balayage runs $375 to $450, partial highlights start at $235, full highlights start at $335, and keratin treatments start at $450. Full pricing breakdown is on the services page and the team bios are on the meet the team page.

Getting Here from Royal Palm Beach

From central Royal Palm Beach, take Okeechobee Boulevard or Southern Boulevard east to I-95. Head north on I-95. Exit at Indiantown Road (exit 87A) and drive east about three miles. Turn left onto Old Dixie Highway, then right onto Tequesta Drive. We're at 365 Tequesta Drive on the left, in the small plaza near Bridge Road. There's free parking right out front. If you're coming from the southern end of RPB near Wellington, Florida's Turnpike north to PGA Boulevard is sometimes faster, then I-95 north from there.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I block off for the appointment plus the drive?

For a cut and blow-dry, plan three hours total round trip. For balayage or full color, plan five to six hours. For a first-time extension install, plan a full day. We always confirm timing at booking.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We can sometimes fit in a quick blow-dry or fringe trim, but for the 40-minute drive from RPB, please book ahead. Call (561) 339-3548 or use the online widget.

I'm coming from RPB and want to stretch my appointments out longer. What do you recommend?

Lived-in balayage and root smudging are the two best options for RPB clients who don't want a four-week return trip. We can stretch you to 12 to 14 weeks between color visits with the right placement. Read our balayage style guide before your consultation.
