We want every visit to Suri & Noreen to be seamless and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review our policies so we can continue delivering the boutique experience you deserve.
Hours of Operation
Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Before and after hours appointments are available by request.
48 Hour Notice Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another guest and ensures our artists can plan their day effectively.
Late changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 100% of the original service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your stylist may need to reschedule your visit. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, this will be considered a No-Show and your card on file will be charged 100% of the service total.
If Your Provider Cancels
In the rare event that your stylist needs to cancel, you will receive a complimentary signature treatment (Semi di Lino lux treatment, up to a $120 value) at your rescheduled appointment. We hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of our guests.
Child Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests, children under the age of 9 are not permitted in the salon.
Service Satisfaction
Our goal is for each and every client to love their results. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please reach out within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right. Please note that color correction is a process, and results are not always achievable in a single appointment.
