What to Expect at Your First Visit

You do not need an appointment for a blowout, but booking ahead guarantees your spot, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Here is what happens when you walk in:

  1. Consultation: Your stylist asks about the look you want. Sleek and smooth, big volume, beachy waves, or something specific for an event.
  2. Shampoo and treatment: A proper wash with Alfaparf Milano products, plus a conditioning treatment matched to your hair type.
  3. Blow-dry and style: Round brush technique, flat iron touch-ups if needed, and finishing products to hold the style through Florida humidity.
  4. Finish: Shine spray, a final mirror check, and you are out the door.

Total time: 45 to 75 minutes depending on the service and your hair length.

Yes. Our For the Mermaids blowout is designed for extension clients. We use extension-safe products and techniques that protect your bonds, wefts, or tape-ins.

How long does a blowout last?

Most clients get 2 to 3 days out of a blowout. In Florida humidity, using a silk pillowcase and dry shampoo on day two helps stretch it further.

Do you take walk-ins for blowouts?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome when a stylist is available. Friday afternoons and Saturdays fill up fast, so booking ahead is recommended for those days.
