What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. We get it, life happens, but our stylists reserve that time just for you.

Do you accept walk-ins for blowouts?

Do you do extensions?

Yes! Extensions are one of our specialties. We offer IBE hand-tied wefts, K-tips with Great Lengths, I-tips, mesh integration, toppers, and custom curled extensions. Check out our services page for more details.

Do you do curly cuts?

What is a keratin treatment and is it right for me?

A keratin treatment smooths the hair cuticle to cut down on frizz and dry time. It's a game-changer if you're fighting Florida humidity every morning. It won't make your hair pin-straight, just smoother, shinier, and way easier to manage.

What is the difference between balayage and highlights?

Balayage is hand-painted for a softer, sun-kissed look that grows out naturally. Highlights use foils for a more uniform, all-over brightness. We'll help you figure out which one fits your style and how much upkeep you actually want.

Can I get just a base color?

Do you do color correction?

We do. Color correction can be a multi-session process depending on what we're working with, but we'll be upfront about what it takes and what to expect. Book a consultation so we can see your hair in person.

How long do extensions last?

Most extensions last 6 to 8 weeks between move-ups. With proper care, the hair itself can be reused for multiple installs. We'll walk you through everything at your consultation.

How do I maintain my extensions?

Use sulfate-free shampoo, brush gently with a loop brush, and avoid heavy conditioner near the bonds. Sleep with your hair in a loose braid. We'll send you home with a full care guide after your appointment.

What if I have thin or fine hair?

We specialize in this. Mesh integration and toppers are designed specifically for fine or thinning hair. They add volume and coverage without putting stress on your natural hair. It's one of the most rewarding services we offer.

Can I get extensions on curly hair?

How do I protect my color from Florida hard water?
