Shipping policy

 

All products are free delivered to the United States and frequently delivered within 3-4 business days via DHL, UPS, or USPS Express (Mon-Fri).

TRANSIT & ORDER HANDLING:

  • Processing time: 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit time: 3-4 Business days (Mon to Fri) Standard Shipping
    In case of delay for any reason, we will instantly contact you.


SHIPPING RATES: 

  • All orders under $99.00 will have a tiered shipping and handling pricing based on product by carrier.
  • FREE Shipping On Orders Over $99

TRACKING: 

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it comes with a tracking number, allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
  • When your order has shipped, you will get an email from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please let us allow 48 hours for the tracking info to become available. 
  • Please make sure, the email you provided is accurate and correct, or you will not receive the notification.

*Please note, once an order has been picked up by the carrier, it is considered 'shipped' therefore we are unable to cancel or refund.

*Note: Any orders that have shipped would then fall under the RETURN SHIPPING POLICY below. 

Return Shipping

In the event of a packing error by our team, Suri&Noreen Salon will cover any return shipping cost.

 to speak to a representative in regards to your return shipping options. 

Suri&Noreen Salon will be happy to pass along our shipping rates for returns to our customers. Shipping rates would then be deducted from total refunded amount. 

**Please note, shipping charges on original order are non-refundable**

If you are using a freight forwarder, please have the items inspected before shipping out of the country. Suri&Noreen Salon is NOT responsible for any items re-shipped outside of the US.

Authentic Products

Suri&Noreen Salon cultivates relationships with our brands and vendors, therefore we stand behind our products and assure you that they are all 100% authentic. 

Product Pictures

Our merchandising team strives to update pictures with the most current packaging from our brands. If you happen to receive a product that looks slightly different than our website pictures, please note we are in the process of updating our images to the new packaging for said item. 

Size / Quantity  

Sometimes due to shipping cost, Suri&Noreen Salon may ship two smaller packages totaling in equal or greater quantity.  Our shipping department may also ship a larger size with more quantity as a bonus to our customers. 

Shipping / Handling Time 

Some products may be shipped from different salon / warehouse locations resulting in longer handling / shipping times. 

**Multiple item orders may also ship in multiple shipments.   

Fraud Policy

To prevent fraud, frequent return requests are subject to review by Suri&Noreen Salon. We reserve the right to deny purchases or refunds for any suspicious activity.
