Most salons send you away for education a few times a year. Here, you work next to it daily. Owner Alicia Noreen is a master stylist with over 19 years behind the chair and a certified Alfaparf Milano Professional educator. Training happens in the salon, on real guests, at no cost to you.

A consistent book, higher service pricing, and a specialty guests ask for by name.
4. Master Stylist
Advanced color correction and extension work, premium pricing, and a waitlist.
5. Artistic Director
The top of the ladder. You help set the creative standard for the salon and mentor the stylists coming up behind you.
