Hair Salon for Lake Worth Beach Clients
Lake Worth Beach is about 35 minutes south of us on I-95. Most LWB clients hop on the highway at the 6th Avenue ramp or Lake Worth Road, drive north past PGA Boulevard, and exit at Indiantown Road into Tequesta. The drive runs clean before 8am and after 10am. We see clients from College Park, the historic downtown district near Lake Avenue, and the beach side near A1A every week.
Why Lake Worth Beach Clients Make the Drive
Lake Worth Beach has a lot of salons. Some are great. Most are fine. The reason LWB clients keep showing up at our door, 35 minutes north, is consistency. Same stylist every visit. Same color formula every time. Same pricing structure with no surprises at checkout. Living in a beach town means salt and sun beat up your hair year-round, so the last thing you want is a stylist who fades out of memory between appointments.
Our team is small on purpose. Alicia Vermeulen owns the salon with Suri and has been behind the chair for 18-plus years. Bianney Mano runs the color room. We don't rotate people in and out. If your stylist is on vacation, we'll tell you and you can wait or come in and try someone else for a wash and style. We won't surprise you.
The other reason LWB clients drive up is the salt-and-sun specialty work. We do a lot of beach hair recovery: deep conditioning, glosses to pull copper out of color-treated hair, and bond-building treatments after a summer of swimming.
What We Offer
Cuts, blow-dry styling, all-over color, partial and full highlights, balayage, foilayage, color correction, keratin and Brazilian smoothing, hand-tied extensions, K-tip extensions, IBE, Klix, V-Light, deep conditioning, and Deva Curl curly cuts. Full menu lives on the services page.
Cut and Color Built for Beach Hair
Beach climates are rough on color. UV pulls warm. Salt swells the cuticle and lets pigment leak out. Chlorine sits in porous hair and turns blonde brassy or green. We see all of this every week from LWB clients, especially the ones who swim daily. Our solution is layered: cooler-toning at the start of color so you have somewhere to drift, weekly purple or blue shampoo at home, and a bond-building treatment built into every color visit.
For cuts, we lean toward shapes that work as your hair air-dries. Lake Worth Beach is humid 10 months a year. Heavy bluntness rarely sits right when humidity hits 80 percent. Long layers, shape-driven curtain bangs, and softer blunt bobs all hold up better.
If you want to read more about how curls behave in this climate, our team works with curly hair every day. More info on the team page.

Frequently Asked Questions
My hair is brassy from the pool. Can you fix it?
Yes. Chlorine and minerals in pool water leave a film on the cuticle that turns blonde green or brassy. We do a chelating treatment first, then a custom toner to pull the warmth back out. It's a single appointment.
I have curly hair. Do you cut curls dry?
Yes. The curl pattern dictates the shape, not the stylist's idea of what your hair should look like.
Can I get extensions if I'm in salt water often?
Yes, but you need to follow the aftercare. Rinse with fresh water immediately after the beach. Don't sleep in saltwater hair. Brush twice daily with the loop brush we send home. Read more on the extensions guide.
